本文从分析现代信息环境的特征入手，明确了信息能力的内涵，认真分析并提出了信息环境对图书馆员信息能力的具体要求，进而指出培养信息能力的途径。
Starting with the analysis of the characteristics of modern information environment, this paper clarifies the connotation of information ability, analyzes and puts forward the concrete requirements of information environment for librarians’ information ability, and then points out the ways of training information ability.
