目的:探讨开展患者出院后延续护理管理的价值。方法:以2014年10月~2016年2月在医院神经内科就诊的98脑梗塞出院患者作为研究对象,通过动态化随机分组的方法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组出院患者给予常规护理干预,观察组出院后患者采用延续护理管理模式,比较不同干预模式下两组患者神经功能缺损评分、治疗依从性、护理满意度、护理质量的差异性。结果:观察组患者神功能缺损评分、治疗依从性、护理满意度、护理质量的均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理管理模式能够有效提高患者的治疗依从性,提高患者的治疗效果,从而进一步改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective: To explore the value of carrying out nursing management after discharge from patients. Methods: Discharged 98 cerebral infarction patients admitted to the department of neurology from October 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital were divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group by dynamic randomization method. The control group discharged patients The routine nursing intervention was given to the patients in the observation group. The continuous nursing management mode was used in the observation group after discharge, and the differences of neurological deficit score, treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and nursing quality were compared between the two groups under different intervention modes. Results: The neurological deficit score, treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and quality of nursing in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Continuation of nursing management mode can effectively improve the patient’s compliance with treatment and improve the treatment effect of patients, so as to further improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
