郝×,男,三岁半,患儿于1986年3月17日以0.1ml 1∶2000单位旧结素做结素试验,72小时复查局部硬结反应4×3 mm~2,当即接种冻干卡介苗,批号85147号,同时掺种的尚有五名儿童。五分钟后该患儿突然出现发烧、喘憋、口唇发绀,全身皮疹,烦燥不安,随即转市儿童医院抢救,经给氧并注射副肾0.1mg(M)及氢化可的松25mg 等处理后,上述症状缓解,2小时后,全身皮疹和症状全部消失,为进一步检查过敏原因而转入病房。经询问病史和详细体检(省略)未发现异常。
