病历摘要患者,男,23岁,农民,因腹胀半年,近20天加重伴尿少,于1980年5月23日入院。患者半年前偶饮酒少许后即觉上腹部烧灼感,此后间断出现上腹痛,1月后,因腹痛、腹胀曾3次住当地医院,按“结核性腹膜炎”治疗50天未见疗效,抽腹水4次(每次量2,000～5,000毫升)。近20天因腹胀加重伴“血尿”、尿少,转来我院。既往体健,有吸烟史,不嗜
