中国古代就很重视官员的道德要求和道德培养。在当代,官员的自身道德水准既关乎其立身也关乎治国。循吏是古代官德的标准形象和具体表现,循吏文化的产生是传统道德政治影响下的结果。《于清端公政书》收录了清朝于成龙为官各个时期的公文书信等文本文献,通过这些能够还原堪称循吏典范的于成龙的为官历程。研究《于清端公政书》,解析循吏文化对官德建设的启示和意义,可以让循吏文化发挥超时空价值,为推动廉政建设提供更多的思想支持。
Ancient China paid great attention to officials’ moral requirements and moral training. In the contemporary era, officials’ own moral standards are both related to their own affairs and state affairs. Following official flow is the standard image and specific expression of ancient official morality. The generation of official culture is the result of traditional moral politics. “Yu Qing dynasty government book” contains a collection of the Qing dynasty as a civil service official documents in various periods of letters and other textual documents, through these can be restored to the classic example of Yu Chenglong’s official history. Studying “Yuzheng Duanzheng Shu”, analyzing the enlightenment and significance of the official culture to the construction of official morality, can make the official culture to exert the value of time and space and provide more ideological support to promote the building of an honest and clean government.
