水电部电力规划设计院于1987年12月8~11日在无锡召开了“华东地区特小流域洪水参数分析研究”技术鉴定会,有20个单位的30名代表参加了会议。由生产、科研和有关高校等13个单位的专家、教授组成的技术鉴定委员会,对该项科研成果作出了技术鉴定。鉴定委员会认为:该项研究选题合适,密切结合电力工程设计的需要,是电力工程水文分析计算中亟待解决的生产课题;在华东6省95个站(点)845场次雨洪对应资料中,小于10公里~2的测站及其雨洪对应资料均占60%以上,选用资料年限近、洪水模数高,各类下垫面、气候条件比较齐全,这为本研究提供了坚实的分析基础。
The Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Electric Power and Electricity held a Technical Appraisal Meeting of “Analysis and Research on Flood Parameters of Extra-small Watersheds in East China” from December 8 to December 1987 in Wuxi. 30 delegates from 20 units attended the meeting. The technical appraisal committee composed of experts and professors from 13 units of production, scientific research and related colleges and universities made the technical appraisal on the scientific research achievements. According to the appraisal committee’s opinion, the research topic is suitable and closely combined with the needs of power engineering design, which is a production issue urgently to be solved in hydrological analysis and calculation of power engineering. Among the 845 rainstorm corresponding data of 95 stations (points) in 6 provinces of East China, More than 60% of the stations and their rainfall-related data less than 10 km ~ 2 account for more than 60% of the selected data, with near-term data selection, high flood modulus, various underlying surfaces and complete climatic conditions, providing a solid analysis for this study basis.
