语篇功能是韩礼德三大纯理功能之一,是指人们在使用语言时怎样把信息组织好,使之成为语义连贯的整体。此功能涉及到三方面:主位系统,信息系统和衔接系统。这篇文章将主要从主位系统方面出发来分析李白《静夜思》的五个英译文译本。
Discourse function is one of Halliday’s three major pure functions, which refers to how people organize the information in the use of language to make it a semantic coherent whole. This feature involves three areas: the host system, information systems and convergence systems. This essay will mainly analyze five English translations of Li Bai’s “Still Night Thoughts” from the perspective of the thematic system.
