目的检测转化生长因子β-1(transforming growth factor beta-1,TGFβ-1)在脓毒症所致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)患者血清中的表达。方法选取该院2014年1月—2015年12月脓毒症患者52例纳入该研究,根据ARDS诊断标准将其分为两组:ARDS组(n=24,其中7例患者死亡)和非ARDS组(n=28)。抽取患者入院时和入院后7 d静脉血,并采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清TGFβ-1的表达。结果入院时两组患者血清TGFβ-1的表达未见显著差异(P>0.05);入院后7 d,ARDS组患者(42.1±2.72)pg/m L血清TGFβ-1的表达显著高于非ARDS组(51.3±3.16)pg/m L,且ARDS组内死亡患者(85.3±23.50)pg/m L血清TGFβ-1较幸存患者(35.5±10.24)pg/m L显著升高(P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义。结论血清TGFβ-1是一类敏感指标,可用于预判脓毒症患者是否并发ARDS。
Objective To detect the expression of transforming growth factor β-1 (TGFβ-1) in sera of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) patients. Methods Fifty-two patients with sepsis from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in the study and were divided into two groups according to ARDS diagnostic criteria: ARDS group (n = 24, of which 7 died) and non-ARDS Group (n = 28). Venous blood samples were taken from patients on admission and 7 days after admission. Serum TGFβ-1 expression was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Serum TGFβ-1 expression was not significantly different between the two groups on admission (P> 0.05). On the 7th day after admission, the expression of TGFβ-1 in ARDS group (42.1 ± 2.72) pg / m L was significantly higher than that of non-ARDS (51.3 ± 3.16) pg / m L, and the serum levels of TGFβ-1 in the ARDS group (85.3 ± 23.50) pg / m L were significantly higher than those in survivals (35.5 ± 10.24 pg / m L) The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Serum TGFβ-1 is a sensitive indicator that can predict the presence of ARDS in patients with sepsis.
