本文结合参加湖南省娄底市“森林城”总体规划试点的体会，对“森林城”的概念及建设“森林城”的必要性和可行性进行了初步探讨。
Based on the experience of participating in the “Forest City” master plan of Loudi City, Hunan Province, this paper discusses the concept of “Forest City” and the necessity and feasibility of building “Forest City.”
