目的分析崇明县户籍及非户籍人口5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因及相关因素,为制定干预措施提供流行病学依据。方法收集2008-2013年崇明县出生死亡监测数据,分析户籍与非户籍5岁以下儿童死亡状况。结果 2008-2013年崇明县户籍人口5岁以下儿童前3位死因为先天异常、新生儿病和损伤中毒;非户籍人口前3位死因为损伤中毒、新生儿病和先天异常,新生儿病、先天异常为新生儿期主要死因,先天异常、损伤中毒为婴儿期主要死因,损伤中毒是威胁1~4岁儿童生命的首位原因。结论重视孕期保健及新生儿病诊治,通过各种途径加强社会和家庭对l~4岁儿童的安全监护。
Objective To analyze the main causes and related factors of the death of children under 5 years of age from household and non-household population in Chongming County and provide epidemiological basis for the formulation of intervention measures. Methods We collected data on the death of births in Chongming County from 2008 to 2013 and analyzed the deaths of children under 5 years of age. Results The top three deaths of children under 5 years of age from 2008 to 2013 in Chongming County were caused by congenital anomalies, neonatal diseases and injuries. The top three deaths of non-household population were caused by injury, neonatal and congenital anomalies, neonatal diseases, Congenital anomalies are the leading causes of neonatal mortality and congenital anomalies. Injury is the leading cause of infant mortality. Damage poisoning is the first cause of life threatening children aged 1 to 4 years old. Conclusions Emphasis is placed on the diagnosis and treatment of prenatal care and neonatal diseases and the safety monitoring of children aged 1-4 years through various channels.
