新一轮课程改革对教师也提出了更高的要求,因此,摆在我们教师面前的迫切任务是努力使教师自身专业得以发展。只有建立一支高素质的教师队伍,才能促进新课程改革的有效实施,从而提高教育教学质量。那么,教师如何做到自我成长呢?笔者认为,应通过适当加压、转变观念、自我规划、自主学习、自我研究、专业引领、自我反思、网络研讨这八个有效途径,不断提高教师的自身业务水平。 The new round of curriculum reform also sets higher demands on teachers. Therefore, the urgent task facing our teachers is to strive to make teachers’ own professional development possible. Only by establishing a contingent of highly qualified teachers can we promote the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform so as to improve the quality of education and teaching. So, how can teachers do self-growth? The author believes that teachers should improve themselves through eight effective ways of appropriately pressurizing, changing concepts, self-planning, self-learning, self-study, professional guidance, self-reflection and web-based discussion Business level.
