目的 调查我国南方地区虫媒病毒的感染分布情况。方法 应用间接免疫荧光技术 ,对我国南方 11个地区 30 77份人血清标本和 40 1份鼠血清标本进行了 14种虫媒病毒血清流行病学调查。结果 人血清中甲病毒 (SIN ,CHIK ,SF ,MAY ,RR ,SAG和GET)抗体的阳性率分别是 0 6 4% ,1 13% ,0 6 4% ,0 0 4% ,0 94% ,0 11%和 0 18% ;黄病毒 (JE和DEN1 4)抗体的阳性率分别是 2 70 %和 8 6 0 % ;布尼安病毒抗体 (XHF和SSH) ,在海南人群中的阳性率分别是 2 6 6 %和5 33%。在海南三亚、琼中和琼海 3个地区的鼠中 ,甲病毒(SIN ,CHIK ,RR和SF)抗体的阳性率分别是 1 80 % ,6 31% ,4 5 0 %和 6 31% ;黄病毒 (JE和DEN1 4)抗体的阳性率分别是3 6 9%和 8 11% ;布尼安病毒 (XHF和SSH)抗体的阳性率分别是 3 10 %和 3 .79%。结论 在我国南方一些地区生活的人群和鼠类不同程度的感染了甲病毒、黄病毒和布尼安病毒
Objective To investigate the distribution of arbovirus in southern China. Methods Serum samples of 30 77 human serum samples and 40 1 serum samples of 11 rats from 11 districts of southern China were investigated by indirect immunofluorescence. Results The positive rates of alphavirus (SIN, CHIK, SF, MAY, RR, SAG and GET) in human serum were 0 6 4%, 1 13%, 0 64%, 0 0 4%, 0 94% 0 11% and 0 18% respectively; the positive rates of flavivirus (JE and DEN1 4) antibody were 270% and 86% respectively; the positive rates of buren virus (XHF and SSH) in Hainan population were Is 26 6% and 5 33% respectively. The positive rates of antibodies against alphavirus (SIN, CHIK, RR and SF) were 180%, 61%, 450% and 631% in rats in three areas of Hainan, Qiongzhong and Qionghai. The positive rates of flavivirus (JE and DEN1 4) antibodies were 36.9% and 81.1%, respectively. The positive rates of antibodies against bovine virus (XHF and SSH) were 310% and 3.79%, respectively. Conclusions People and mice living in some areas in southern China are infected with alphavirus, flavivirus and buanovirus to varying degrees
