云南省寻甸县钟灵山农业科技开发有限公司总经理龚艳琼,原是云南省寻甸县黄磷厂的一名下岗女工。她也曾陷入贫困、疾病和孤独,如今她拥有了1300万资产的企业,成为“全国农村青年科技致富带头人”和“全国十大绿化女状元”。只有初中文化的她回首再就业之路,虽没有豪言壮语,可她的亲身经历和几句格言却给下岗职工有着深刻的启迪。
Gongyan Qiong, general manager of Zhong Ling Shan Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. in Xundian County, Yunnan Province, was originally a laid-off female worker at the Xundian Plant in Xundian County, Yunnan Province. She also fell into poverty, illness and loneliness. Now she has 13 million assets of the enterprise, becoming “the country’s rural youth technology leader” and “top ten green women champion.” Only junior high school culture, she looked back on the road to re-employment, although not rhetoric, but her personal experience and a few aphorisms have laid-off workers have a profound inspiration.
