薄层色谱技术（TLC）目前已日趋成熟，并得到广泛应用。其在生药分析研究中亦有很重要的地位，这点仅从《中国药典》1995年版一部中45％的品种收载薄层鉴别就可见一斑。随着色谱技术的不断发展，尤其是现代TLC在生药分析中愈来愈广泛的运用，TLC具有更高的应用价值。笔者仅就现
Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) technology has become more mature and widely used. It also has a very important position in the analysis of crude drugs, which is evident from the identification of 45% of the species in the “1995 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. With the continuous development of chromatographic technology, especially the application of modern TLC in the analysis of crude drugs, TLC has a higher application value. The author only
