This article compares the sensitivity and reproducibility of HPLC and High Performance Thin Layer Analysis (HPTLC) in the analysis of plasma Doxepin (1) and Norfloxacin (2). HPLC was used desipramine (3); HPTLC was promethazine (4) as internal standard.
