多囊脂质体(multivesicular liposomes,MVL)是采用贮库泡沫技术的一种新型脂质体,内部是由许多个多面体含水腔室以非同心圆的形式构成的,各水性腔室之间又以类脂双分子层磷脂膜相隔,弥补了普通脂质体对亲水性药物包封率低的问题,主要用于运载亲水性药物,同时能够产生缓控释效果。本文综述了通过改变处方及工艺条件以提高多囊脂质体包封率、调节释药速率及提高稳定性的研究进展。
