ECG6511型心电图机是日本进口的机器,该机器在一般大中型医院中普遍使用,性能比较稳定,携带也很方便,很受医护人员欢迎,但也有一定的故障率。我在检修这种型号心电图时,发现走纸机构发生故障的情况比较常见。现举2例如下:故障1,机器在使用中时转时停,取下走纸架后,机器转动正常。并且速度可调。 根据故障现象分析可知,机器的速度电路、波形变换电路,低通滤波电路,电机和驱动电路均正常。取下走纸架后,用手摁走纸驱动轴,电机停转,说明电机转动力矩不随阻力增大。转动力矩增大,加在电机两端电

When I overhauled this type of electrocardiogram, I found that it was common for the paper feeding mechanism to malfunction. For example, the following is an example: Under fault 1, the machine stops when it is in use. After removing the paper feed tray, the machine rotates normally. And the speed is adjustable. According to the analysis of fault phenomena, the machine’s speed circuit, waveform conversion circuit, low-pass filter circuit, motor and drive circuit are all normal. After removing the paper-feeding rack, the paper-driven shaft is moved by hand and the motor stops, indicating that the motor torque does not increase with the resistance. Increased rotational torque, added to both ends of the motor
