本文通过CTS试验及插销试验,研究了Cr30Ni10型焊条焊接中,高碳钠的冷裂纹行为。试验结果表明,Cr30Ni10型焊条焊接中、高碳钢有较高的抗裂性能,其冷裂纹行为是:淬硬组织起主要作用,体现不出氢的影响。文中提出的氢的扩散行为模型及熔合区中的富奥氏体带解释了氢体现不出影响的原因。该模型也适应于其它奥氏体焊缝。所得结论,为Cr30Ni10型焊条在中、高碳钢的焊接生产中推广应用提供了一定的理论依据。
In this paper, the cold crack behavior of high carbon sodium in welding of Cr30Ni10 electrode was studied by CTS test and plug test. The test results show that, Cr30Ni10 electrode welding, high carbon steel has a high crack resistance, the cold crack behavior is: hardened tissue plays a major role, reflecting the impact of hydrogen. The hydrogen diffusion behavior model proposed in the paper and the austenite-rich zone in the fusion zone explain why hydrogen does not show any effect. The model is also suitable for other austenitic welds. The conclusions obtained provide a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of Cr30Ni10 electrode in the welding production of medium and high carbon steel.
