永年县中医院始建于1986年,位于永年县城新名路和建安街交汇处,占地30余亩,建筑面积28000平方米,是集医疗、科研、教学、保健为一体的全民所有制事业单位,“120”急救中心和公安局法医鉴定室设在中医院。该院是永年县医保和新型农村合作医疗定点医院。中医院现有职工416人,其中高级卫技人员10人,中级卫技人员66人,有内科、外科、骨伤科、急诊、ICU、妇科、小针刀、肾病、糖尿病、老年病、疼痛、肛肠、耳鼻喉、康复理疗等20个临床科室,设骨伤、脑血管、心血管、肿瘤四个重点专科,开放床位480张,床位使用率达120%以上。2001年被国家中医
