目的:评估有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL)植入术矫正高度近视的效果。方法:回顾性分析银川爱尔眼科医院2016年4月至2019年9月行ICL植入术的高度近视70例(140眼)的临床资料。分析术后的视力、眼压、屈光状态并与术前比较,观察术后拱高的变化。结果:术后1天、1周、1、3及6个月随访拱高依次为(540.93±262.48)μm、(526.13 ±241.16)μm、(506.19±232.59)μm、(497.64±235.87)μm及(491.03±229.32)μm,呈逐渐下降态势。术后各时间点裸眼视力均优于术前最佳矫正视力(n P<0.05)。n 结论:高度近视ICL植入术后视力改善,效果良好。“,”Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of phakic posterior chamber intraocular lens (ICL) implantation in patients with high myopia.Methods:A total of 140 eyes of 70 patients with high myopia received phakic posterior chamber intraocular 1ens (ICL) implantation from Apr. 2016 to Sep. 2019 in Yinchuan Aier Ophthalmic Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure(IOP), spherical equivalent (SE) were compared between before and after operation. The arch height of intraocular lens was observed after surgery.Results:The arch heights of high myopia at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6months after operation were (540.93±262.48)μm, (526.13±241.16)μm, (506.19±232.59)μm, (497.64±235.87)μm and (491.03± 229.32)μm in sequence, showing a descending trend. At different time points after ICL implantation, the uncorrected visual acuity (logMAR) were better than the preoperative BCVA (n P<0.05).n Conclusion:The visual acuity improved after ICL implantation with high myopia, and ICL implantation has good efficacy.
