本文主要讨论了新型的大动态,宽频带,低噪声前置中频放大器指标实现过程中的主要矛盾,给出了新型前置放大器的基本设计方法;并详细讨论了某产品前置中频放大器设计过程中采用的主要措施,主要包括提高灵敏度和扩展动态范围及提高饱和电平的方法,论述了晶体管直流放大倍数β_0与动态范围的关系,最后给出某产品前置中频放大器的实测结果。
This article mainly discusses the main contradictions in the implementation of the new large dynamic, wideband, low-noise preamplifier IF amplifier, gives the basic design method of the new preamplifier, and discusses in detail the design process of a preamplifier IF amplifier The main measures adopted in this paper include the methods of increasing the sensitivity, expanding the dynamic range and increasing the saturation level. The relationship between the transistor DC amplification factor β_0 and the dynamic range is discussed. Finally, the measured results of a preamplifier IF amplifier are given.
