为探索药物的电子结构与其局部麻醉作用之间的潜在关系,作者以4-取代-N-(二甲胺基甲基)苯酰胺类化合物(Ⅰ)作为模型,因为这类化合物与被广泛用于局部麻醉的普鲁卡因酰胺类密切相关。本文报道用 Mannich-Einborn 反应一步合成Ⅰ的方法。
