目的:探讨米索前列醇联合针灸在绝经后妇女取器(IUD)的效果。方法:将120例绝经后带IUD妇女随机分为两组:观察组于术前1周先用针灸进行阴阳调解,再于术前1h将撒有米索前列醇粉末的无菌盐水小纱布贴于宫颈外口处;对照组不用任何药物。观察软化宫颈和一次性取IUD成功率。结果:两组在软化宫颈和一次性取IUD成功率方面比较有统计学差异。结论:术前使用米索前列醇联合针灸为安全、简单、有效取出绝经后妇女IUD的方法。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of misoprostol combined with acupuncture in postmenopausal women with intrauterine device (IUD). Methods: One hundred and twenty postmenopausal women with IUD were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion for yin and yang medications one week prior to surgery, and sterile saline gauze with misoprostol powder In the cervix outside the mouth; control group without any drugs. To observe the softening cervix and one-time take IUD success rate. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of the success rate of softening cervix and one-off IUD. Conclusion: Preoperative misoprostol combined with acupuncture is a safe, simple and effective method for removing IUD in postmenopausal women.
