采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了口服单剂量银黄冲剂后，家兔体内黄芩甙的血药曲线，并据此研究了银黄冲剂中黄芩甙在体内代谢动力学规律。结果表明，黄芩甙在家兔体内的代谢符合二室药动学模型。并求出了该制剂的主要药动学参数。 The blood drug profiles of jaundice in rabbits after oral administration of single dose of Yinhuang granules were determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, and the metabolic kinetics of Astragalus membranaceus in Yinhuang granules was studied. The results showed that the metabolism of Astragalus in rabbits was consistent with a two-compartment pharmacokinetic model. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of the preparation were determined.
