目的了解医院Ⅳ类环境卫生质量状况,以便加强Ⅳ类环境卫生管理。方法采用现场采样和检测方法,对某医院有关科室Ⅳ类环境空气、物体表面、医务人员手进行卫生学监测。结果科室Ⅳ类环境室内空气卫生质量合格率为95.53%,物体表面卫生质量合格率为95.13%,医务人员手卫生质量合格率为95.63%。结论该医院临床科室Ⅳ类环境卫生质量总体较好。
Objective To understand the environmental quality of Ⅳ type of hospital in order to strengthen the management of Ⅳ type of environmental health. Methods On-the-spot sampling and detection methods were used to conduct hygiene monitoring on the class IV ambient air, the surface of objects and the medical staff in the relevant departments of a hospital. Results The qualified rate of indoor air hygiene quality in department Ⅳ environment was 95.53%, the qualified rate of surface hygiene quality was 95.13%, and the qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff was 95.63%. Conclusion The grade Ⅳ environmental health in clinical departments of this hospital is generally good.
