高校图书馆的生存与发展的关键在于自身资源的开发利用,尤其是人力资源的管理与教育。为此,必须正视并解决高校图书馆人力资源管理与教育中的观念陈旧、制度不完善、馆员知识结构不合理、队伍不稳与效率不高等现实问题;努力建立起规范的人才配置、能本管理、竞争、激励、人才优化更新等系统新机制;在操作层面上,尤其要注重推进制度创新、提供体制保障、优化成才环境、营造事业氛围。
The key to the survival and development of university library lies in the exploitation and utilization of its own resources, especially the management and education of human resources. Therefore, it is necessary to face up to and solve the real problems in the management and education of human resources in university libraries, such as outdated concepts, imperfect systems, unreasonable knowledge structure of librarians, unsteady teams and inefficient teams.
