三性任务下的“多元课堂”是实验小学课堂改革的自我超越、自我优化、自我变革。它提出的三大任务:学科性、教育性、创新性与新课程标准一脉相承。学科性任务相当于三维目标中的知识与能力、过程与方法目标,是三性中的基础,也是课堂质量高效的前提条件。教育性任务相当于三维目标中的情感、态度、价值观目标,教育性任务是三性中最关注生命成长的,是课堂和谐的保障。创新性任务是在前面两性的基础上培养学生的创新精神、意识、思维、能力,是课程改革的核心,也是对教育功能的重新定位。我们以语文学科为例,三年级汤志气老师执教区级研究
