砌块房屋是我国多层建筑的一种形式,近年来得到了进一步的发展。我们试验用的砌块是焦渣,粉煤灰为主要原料,掺以适量石膏和白灰按一定比例配合,机械成型,经干湿热养护而成的一种墙体材料。为了研究各种增强砌体抗剪能力的方案,以及为结构设计和施工提供依据,我们做了八组砌体抗剪性能试验。 试验目的在于测定和观察试件在垂直和水平加荷条件下的灰缝抗剪强度、竖向钢筋应力
Block houses are a form of multi-story buildings in China and have been further developed in recent years. Our test blocks are coke slag, fly ash is the main raw material, mixed with a certain amount of gypsum and white ash according to a certain proportion, mechanical molding, dry and moist heat preservation of a wall material. In order to study a variety of programs to enhance the shear capacity of masonry, as well as provide basis for structural design and construction, we conducted eight sets of masonry shear performance tests. The purpose of the test is to determine and observe the shear strength and vertical steel stress of the mortar joint under vertical and horizontal loading conditions.
