《第一时间》是安徽电视台地面主频道经济生活频道的大型直播民生新闻资讯类栏目,从2003年7月28日开播至今,以时效性强、信息量大,贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众为努力方向,在坚持正确舆论导向的前提下加强舆论监督,赢得了广泛的赞誉,取得了可观的社会效益和经济效益。《第一时间》栏目注重提高报道质量和容量,苦练内功,拓展题材,增加栏目的亲和力和美誉度,在当地,连续三年收视率高居25%左右,已成为安徽老百姓家喻户晓的名牌栏目。在栏目开播三周年之际,应本刊之约,《第一时间》对三年来的内部管理运行经验和得失进行了一次比较系统的总结,涉及制度管理、节目策划、稿件把关、热线处理、动态调整等方面。张舒、丁红的文章结合鲜活的案例具有极强的操作性和较高实用价值,现予刊登,对业内同行也许有所裨益。
