党的十六大报告中提出了发展文化事业和文化产业的要求。文化产业主要指:影视制作、报纸刊物、新闻出版、文化娱乐、各种信息服务等等,推向市场企业管理,自负盈亏。党的十六大报告明确提出,发展文化产业将推动中国文化特别是影视事业的新繁荣。 本文就社会主义电视产业的规律、社会主义电视产业和资本主义电视产业的共性和个性、如何推动中国电视产业沿着健康的道路向前发展等问题,谈谈我个人的一些思考。
The report of the 16th CPC National Congress put forward the requirements of developing cultural undertakings and cultural industries. Mainly refers to the cultural industry: film and television production, newspapers and periodicals, press and publication, cultural and entertainment, all kinds of information services, etc., to market management, self-financing. The report of the 16th National Congress of the CPC made it clear that the development of cultural industries will promote the new prosperity of Chinese culture, especially that of film and television. This article discusses some of my personal thoughts on the law of the socialist TV industry, the commonness and individuality of the socialist TV industry and the capitalist TV industry and how to promote the development of the Chinese TV industry along a healthy path.
