在修建部革命委员会和车间革命领导小组的领导下,修建部建材车间革命职工,高举“鞍钢宪法”光辉旗帜,成立了以老工人为主体的三结合攻关领导小组,放手发动群众,以革命大批判开路,展开一场试制全套使用散装水泥设备的人民战争。试制过程中,克服了无资料,设备差,工具不足等困难,胜不骄败不馁,在兄弟单位的协助下,经三个月的日夜奋战,于1968年12月26日试制成功全套使用散装水泥设备。经三年多生产使用,进行部份修改与补充,现已初步达到自动化水平。散装水泥设
