观察6种不同真菌发酵对马钱子毒性和镇痛、抗炎作用的影响。选择对马钱子药材适应性较强、菌丝生长旺盛的6种真菌菌种——裂褶菌、竹黄、单色云芝、鸡油菌、白僵菌和蝉花,在适生条件下对马钱子进行固态发酵,形成6种相应的马钱子发酵品——褶马菌质(SCSS)、竹马菌质(SBSS)、单马菌质(CUSS)、油马菌质(CCSS)、白马菌质(BBSS)和花马菌质(CGSS);以半数致死量(LD50)为指标,测定马钱子生品(RMSS)和炮制品(PSS)及6种不同发酵品经灌胃给药对小鼠的急性毒性;以双氯芬酸钠(DSE)和RMSS为阳性对照,观察6种不同发酵品对腹腔注射醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的抑制(镇痛)作用以及对外涂巴豆油所致鼠耳壳肿胀的减轻(抗炎)作用。结果表明,马钱子通过6种真菌发酵后毒性降低,与炮制品基本一致;且它保持了马钱子原有的镇痛和抗炎作用,提示发酵可以为马钱子的降毒保效提供一条新途径。
The effects of six different fungal fermentations on the toxicity, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Strychnos nullius were observed. Moreover, it maintained the original analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Strychnos nux vomica, suggesting that the fermentation could reduce the toxicity of Strychnos nux vomica Provide a new way.
