重介质的流动特性对重介质分选的效率有相当大的影响。悬浮液的流动特性只有处于实际的合适值下,才能保证获得满意的分选精度,并使选矿厂的生产能力得到充分发挥,因此,需要对流动物料的特性进行有规律的测定。本文分析了流动特性与分选精度之间的关系。提出了一种用管式粘度计连续测定悬浮液流动特性的新方法,以及其在重介质分选中作为连续工作监测和过程控制的使用方法。
Heavy medium flow characteristics have a considerable impact on the efficiency of heavy medium sorting. Only in the actual value of the flow characteristics of the suspension in order to ensure the satisfaction of the sorting accuracy, and make the concentrator’s production capacity to get the full play, therefore, the need for the characteristics of the flow of materials to conduct a regular determination. This paper analyzes the relationship between flow characteristics and sorting accuracy. A new method for continuous determination of the flow characteristics of a suspension by means of a tube viscometer is proposed and used as a method of continuous job monitoring and process control in the medium separation.
