省水电厅《关于进一步加强水土保持工作的意见》已经省政府同意,现转发给你们,请结合本地实际,认真贯彻执行。近年来,我省各级政府及有关部门在水土保持方面做了大量工作,取得了显著成效,但当前全省水土保持工作仍然存在不少问题,面临严峻的形势。各地要进一步加强水土保持监督执法机构建设,依法落实水土保持预防监督和治理经费,建立健全相关工作制度,加大宣传和监督执法力度,依法保护和合理开发利用水土资源,推动我省水土保持工作的深入发展。
