玄参科钓钟柳属植物含有各种类型的环烯醚萜甙,已鉴别了桃叶珊瑚甙,梓醇,且发现了少见的缬草型环烯醚萜酯甙。光钓钟柳(Penstemon nitidus Dougl.)叶的甲醇提取物经DCCC和制备TLC,分离出四种环烯醚萜葡糖甙,用光谱法确认了山茱萸甙(cornin)(1),10-羟山茱萸甙(2),戟叶马鞭草甙(hastatosidc)(3)和β-二氢戟叶马鞭草甙(4)。(2)是一种新的环烯醚萜葡糖甙,经还原(3)制备得(4),但至今在自然界尚未发现。
In the Scrophulariaceae branch, the Salicornia plants contain various types of iridoids, and Pterophyllum amurense, sterols have been identified, and the rare herbicidal iridoid esters have been found. The methanol extracts of Penstemon nitidus Dougl. leaves were DCCC and preparative TLC to isolate the four iridoid glycosides. The cornin (1), 10-hydroxylamine was confirmed by spectroscopic methods. Hawthorn (2), hastatosidc (3) and β-dihydrograss (Verbena vulgaris) (4). (2) is a new iridoid glucoside, prepared by reduction (3) (4), but has not yet been discovered in nature.
