1979年以来,全国各地不少医院为了更好地搞好病区管理,陆续开展了示范病区(或称示教病区),我院定名为试点病区。目的都是为了加强管理,逐步走向正规化,提高护理质量,抓点带面。我院于1981年8月正式确定了内外科各一个病区的试点工作,至今已二年多,现将我们的做法与体会介绍如下。确定为试点病区的原则和指导思想 1.护士长有较好的组织领导能力,业务水平较高,相比较基础较好。预测未来的试点工作能抓上去并可稳定发展。 2.为使试点病区所开展的工作便于推广,防止阻力,一开始就明确了凡是今后所有病区都能装备的设备,试点病区可以先行,除此之外不能特殊。
Since 1979, many hospitals across the country have successively launched demonstration wards (or teaching wards) in order to do a good job in ward management. Our hospital has been designated as a pilot ward. The purpose is to strengthen management, gradually move toward regularization, improve the quality of care, and catch up. In August 1981, our hospital formally confirmed the pilot work in each of the wards for internal medicine. It has been more than two years now. Now we introduce our practices and experiences as follows. The principles and guiding ideology identified as pilot wards 1. The head nurse has better organization and leadership skills, a higher level of business, and a comparatively good foundation. Predicting the future pilot work can catch up and can develop steadily. 2. To make the work in the pilot wards easy to promote and prevent resistance, it is clear from the outset that all future wards can be equipped with equipment. The pilot wards can go ahead, but in addition it cannot be special.
