目的研究孕期维生素D(Vitamin D,VitD)缺乏对子代长骨中VDR基因表达的影响。方法构建孕鼠VitD缺乏模型,检测其不同时段子鼠股骨中VDR基因表达。结果 VDR基因在不同时段子鼠股骨中的表达量,模型组均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论孕鼠VitD缺乏可导致子代股骨中VDR基因表达水平下降。
Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin D deficiency during pregnancy on the expression of VDR in long bones of offspring. Methods The model of VitD deficiency in pregnant rats was constructed and the expression of VDR gene in rat femur was detected at different time points. Results The expression level of VDR gene in the rat femur at different time points was significantly lower in the model group than in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion The lack of VitD in pregnant rats can lead to the decrease of VDR gene expression in offspring femur.
