目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测鸡组织和牛组织中甲苄喹啉和癸氧喹酯残留的检测方法。方法样品采用乙腈提取,亲水-亲脂平衡介质固相萃取柱(hydrophile-lipophile balance,HLB)净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪检测,外标法定量。结果甲苄喹啉和癸氧喹酯在0.005~0.250 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法定量限为0.01 mg/kg,平均回收率范围为77.0%~110%,相对标准偏差范围为1.36%~12.4%。结论 本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,适用于鸡组织和牛组织中甲苄喹啉和癸氧喹酯残留的检测与确证。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of methylbenzyl quinoline and quinacridone residues in chicken tissues and bovine tissues using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB), detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method. Results Methyl quinoline and quinacridone showed a good linearity in the range of 0.005-0.250 mg / kg with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999. The limit of quantification was 0.01 mg / kg. The average recoveries ranged from 77.0% to 110% The standard deviation ranged from 1.36% to 12.4%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable for the detection and confirmation of methylbenzyl quinoline and quinacridone residues in chicken tissues and bovine tissues.
