In a market economy conditions. Material rewards have played an increasingly important role in the teaching and training of sports schools. How to properly handle the relationship between external reward and internal motivation, and how to use external reward appropriately to stimulate students’ internal motivation is one of the keys to improve the teaching of sports school.
