通过沙床与沙盘两种不同育苗方式,对7个沙棘品系进行扦插育苗,从扦插成活率、换床成活率、成苗率及育苗成本几个方面进行对比,确定沙盘育苗的优势,不同品系沙棘在沙盘上扦插成活率高于沙床,最高成活率达91.55%;扦插苗换床后成活率和成苗率相比,沙盘明显高于沙床,成活率约为85%,成苗率达到78%。沙盘育苗成本较低,单株成本为0.08元/株。
