随着信息技术的发展和课程改革的深入,加强教师队伍建设成为时代需求。科研能力是新时期的中学英语教师必备素质之一。本文根据延安市中学英语教师的科研现状,深入探讨了提升中学英语教师科研能力的必要性和相应举措。
With the development of information technology and the deepening of curriculum reform, strengthening the construction of teachers has become the demand of the times. Scientific research ability is one of the necessary qualities of secondary school English teachers in the new era. Based on the research status of middle school English teachers in Yan’an city, this paper discusses in depth the necessity and corresponding measures to improve the research ability of middle school English teachers.
