单个癌细胞及其微环境与宿主整体之间的关系,对于治疗是至关重要的。生物反应调节剂胸腺因子D(TFD)及其和超氧化物歧化酶的复合制剂胸腺酶(TFS),对胃癌MGC803细胞生长的抑制试验表明,高浓度(4.0~0.5mg/ml)的抑制率均在50%以上,低浓度(0.25~0.0315mg/ml)的抑制率在48%~10%之间。人工胃液和人工肠液加入制剂中作用0.5~2h,对其抑制率无明显影响,TFD和TFS作用无明显区别。结果提示:TFD和TFS对胃癌MGC803细胞都有明显抑制作用,口服也有同样效果。
The relationship between a single cancer cell and its microenvironment and the host as a whole is crucial to treatment.
