目的观察制霉菌素甘油与凯妮丁联合用药治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效。方法将2009-06-2009-12在唐山市妇幼保健院围产保健门诊确诊为外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的100例孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50例。制霉菌素甘油和凯妮丁联合用药治疗组为观察组,单一使用凯妮丁治疗组为对照组。经过2周的疗程后,比较两组患者的治愈率及有效率。结果治疗后观察组治愈率为92%,对照组治愈率为88%,两组比较差异无统计学意义,但Ridit分析结果表明观察组的疗效优于对照组。结论采用制霉菌素甘油和凯妮丁联合治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效较好,而且是局部用药,孕妇容易接受,有助于治疗方案的推广使用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of nystatin glycerine combined with cinnidin in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods 100 pregnant women diagnosed as vulvovaginal candidiasis in the perinatal care clinic of MCH in Tangshan City from June 2009 to December 2009 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 50 in each group). Nystatin glycerol and Kay Ni Ding combination therapy group for the observation group, a single use Kayidin treatment group as the control group. After two weeks of treatment, the cure rate and the efficiency of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the cure rate of the observation group was 92% and that of the control group was 88%. There was no significant difference between the two groups. However, Ridit analysis showed that the observation group had better curative effect than the control group. Conclusions The combination of nystatin glycerol and trimethoprim in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis has a good curative effect and is a topical drug which is easily accepted by pregnant women and is helpful for the promotion of the treatment.
