中学思想政治课教学改革已经广泛而深入地展开,在这场前所未有的改革中,教师素质的提高、观念的转变无疑是最关键的一环,因为改革最终要落实到每一堂课上,要通过教师来实现。在这场改革中,广大思想政治课教师作了积极的探索和实践,“穿新鞋,走新路”,提供了许多有益的经验,但不容否认的是“穿新鞋,走老路”的现象依然存在。要实现新的教学模式,达到新的教学改革的目标,需要教师多方面的切实的转变。
