运用线性混合模型对76个双单倍体系(DH系)测交组合在东北春玉米区和河南夏玉米区多点产量试验结果进行分析。方差分析和回归参数分析结果表明:不同测交组合间有明显差异,多数组合稳定性表现相似。在东北春玉米区,测交组合V9组合表现优异,与郑单958差异达5%显著水平,增产34.0%,比先玉335增产12.46%,该组合基因型遗传效应值低于先玉335,增产的原因主要来自于基因型与生态区的互作效应。测交组合在河南夏玉米区表现一般。
The linear mixed model was used to analyze the multi-point yield test results of 76 double haplogroups (DH lines) in the spring maize region of Northeast China and summer maize region of Henan. Analysis of variance and regression analysis showed that there were significant differences among different combinations and the stability of most combinations showed similar performance. In the spring maize area of northeast China, the combination of crosses V9 showed excellent performance, the difference with Zhengdan 958 reached a significant level of 5%, increased by 34.0% and increased by 12.46% compared with that of Xiangyu 335. The genetic effect of this combination genotype was lower than that of Xiangyu 335, The main reason for the increase is the interaction effect between genotype and ecological zone.
