在学校,现在有一个普遍的认识:学生越来越难管了。对犯错的学生,惩罚轻了不听,惩罚重了怕引来起麻烦。面对这种情况,很多教师都很无奈,大多采用消极的办法应付,对无大碍的错误就听之任之,对棘手的问题就丢给家长。这样做一般不会影响班级大局,表面上看也无不可,但小毛病不加以矫正就会发展成大毛病,把在学校产生的问题丢给家长,往往使问题得不到根本的解决,这不利于学生的长远发展和班级的根本治理。那么,如何改变这种状况,切实提高班级管理实效呢?
At school, there is a common understanding nowadays that students are getting harder and harder. Students who make mistakes, punish lightly do not listen, punishment for fear of causing trouble. Faced with this situation, many teachers are very helpless, most of them adopt a negative approach to deal with the errors without any major problems, leaving the thorny issues to parents. This usually will not affect the overall situation of the class. On the face of it, it is all-encompassing. However, if the minor problems are not rectified, they will develop into gross defects and the problems that arise at schools will be left to parents, which often result in the problem being not solved fundamentally. Not conducive to the long-term development of students and the fundamental management of the class. So, how to change this situation and effectively improve the effectiveness of class management?
