本文以24种国家级科学期刊、1983—1987年农业部科技成果年报及“七五”国家科技攻关项目计划为检索文献,从学术论文、科研成果、承担攻关课题三个方面对省级农科院的科研能力进行科学计量分析和指标排序,把学科优势、学术水平、攻关实力作为衡量科研能力的重要指标。并就如何增强科研活力、发展后劲问题,提出了建立优势学科、建设开放型多学科实验室、建立青年科研基金、培养学术梯队等意见。
In this paper, 24 national scientific journals, 1983-1987 Ministry of Agriculture annual report of scientific and technological achievements and the “Seventh Five-Year” national science and technology project as the search for the literature, from the academic papers, scientific research achievements, undertake research topics three provincial agricultural Scientific research capacity of scientific research institutes and indicators to sort, the academic strengths, academic standards, research strength as an important indicator of scientific research ability. And on how to enhance the vitality of scientific research, the development of stamina, proposed the establishment of dominant disciplines, building an open multidisciplinary laboratory, establishing a youth research fund, training academic echelon and other opinions.
