介绍一种结构全新、适用于齿轮加工(滚削、磨削和插削)的CNC系统。该数控系统采用了同步锁相、电子差动合成及参数自动编程三项新技术。同时,在开发成功硬件基本模板的基础上,获得了一种灵活的硬件结构。用控制逻辑编程的方法,可调整信号传输途径,实现齿轮加工所需要的各种运动关系。系统的最大联动坐标数达到五个,且有两种不同的联动结构供选择。
A new, structural CNC system for gear machining (hobbing, grinding and insertion) is introduced. The CNC system uses a synchronous lock, electronic differential synthesis and automatic parameter programming three new technologies. At the same time, based on the successful development of the basic hardware template, a flexible hardware structure is obtained. With the method of control logic programming, signal transmission can be adjusted to achieve the gear processing needs a variety of sports relations. The system maximum linkage coordinates up to five, and there are two different linkage structure to choose from.
