我省今年开展的文物保护法执法检查,与配合全国人大常委会重点检查相结合,是省人大常委会今年的一项重要监督工作。4月中旬,全国人大常委会副委员长路甬祥带队,对我省贯彻实施文物保护法情况进行检查,听取了省政府的全面汇报,并深入到南昌、吉安、赣州、景德镇等地重点检查。路甬祥副委员长对我省贯彻实施文物保护法取得的成绩,给予了充分肯定,对进一步贯彻实施文物保护法提出
The law enforcement inspection of cultural relics protection law carried out in our province this year, in combination with the key inspection conducted by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, is an important oversight work conducted by the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee this year. In mid-April, Lu Yongxiang, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, led the inspection of the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Cultural Relics in our province. He listened to the provincial government’s comprehensive report and went deep into the key points of Nanchang, Ji’an, Ganzhou and Jingdezhen an examination. Vice-chairman Lu Yongxiang fully affirmed the achievements made by our province in implementing the Law on the Protection of Cultural Relics and put forward the proposal of further implementing the Law on the Protection of Cultural Relics
