本文采用应力分析、精密尺寸、微屈服强度和应力松弛强度的测定,以及通过内耗分析和电子显微组织分析等方法,比较系统地研究了不同的高低温循环处理工艺对LY12CZ状态合金的尺寸稳定性的影响。对高低温循环处理工艺提高LY12CZ状态合金的尺寸稳定性的机理进行了分析。试验结果表明:190℃(4h),-196℃(2h)3次循环处理为最佳工艺,它在保证常规机械性能的条件下,显著降低了残余应力,使合金的位错结构处于稳定状态,增加了合金的微屈服强度及应力松弛强度,因而提高了LY12CZ状态合金的尺寸稳定性。
